Returns & Exchanges
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for an Exchange or a Store Credit
The garments MUST be received in an original condition:
- all original tags attached
- odorless (perfumes, deodorant) so please take care when trying on your order
Steph Audino has the right to reject a return if the above conditions are not met. In the instance that the original conditions are not met the garment will be returned back to the customer if that is the case.

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange for your purchased garment if the garment is:
- The incorrect size
- The wrong colour
- A change of mind
- Unsuitable (wrong style)
The exchange will be sent out to you once the returned garment has been received. We will notify you via email once we have received your garment. Once you receive our email, we will stay in contact to complete the exchange process. Once the exchange process has been finalised we will send out your new garment.
Please note: You will have to pay for the cost to return the garment, however we will cover the cost of posting the new garment out to you.
A store credit will be offered in the event that:
- The customer is unable to find something to exchange their purchased garment with
- We are out of stock of the item the customer wants to exchange with
The store credit will be loaded into the customers online account. It will be valid for 12 months from when it is loaded into the customers account. Store Credits can only be used on the online store.
Please note: The customer will have to pay for the cost to return the garment to the store.
At Steph Audino we thoroughly check all garments before we post them out to our customers. We take extra care packaging the garments ensuring they are well protected on their journey to you.
However in the rare occasion that an item is faulty, Steph Audino is happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Please note: The customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs and a detailed description of the faulty product. Steph Audino will only carry out a replacement, repair or refund if the fault in the product is accepted.
Steph Audino reserves the right to amend the returns and exchanges policy at any time.
